The MCM ITP developed novel, exploitable technologies for generation-after-next missile systems to solve the capability challenges for future Anglo-French Guided Weapons capability.
The strategy was to strengthen the technological base, allow for better understanding of common future needs and challenges for generation-after-next missile systems.
This was achieved by seeking to partner SME and Academic Institutions from the UK and France with Global Defence Industry players.
MCM ITP is now in its final year - but the continuation of the work and its beliefs is being carried on under the new CW ITP (Complex Weapons, Innovation and Technology Partnership) progamme. Details of which you can find at the CW ITP website .
The MCM ITP programme will continue with its existing obligations for this final year and showcase those projects which made it through - at this year's biennial Conference.
MCM ITP's 8 Domains are now part of the new CW ITP Innovation space, with 5 Enduring Technical Areas (ETAs), each handled by a leading French or British company in that field.
